We offer easy 5-day returns. You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if the piece isn't right for you.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original Auryse packaging, with any tags intact. Pieces that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Email us at info.auryse@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once your returned piece reaches us and passes a quick quality check, your refund is processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
